In the previous section we saw that there have been 10 angelic possessions of humans by Michael and Gabriel and that the non adamic priest Melchizedek has appeared 5 times. Now the great thing about God, is that although he is omnipotent and omniscient in every sense, he limits himself with his own justice and never abuses his power to give himself an unfair advantage in any legal dispute. So since God allows himself angelic possessions in order to save mankind, he has to allow Satan demonic possessions as well. Although what Satan achieves from the majority of these demonic possessions apart from providing ideas for horror movie scripts is unclear. Well, more seriously he corrupts true churches and secular governments and generally plays power games on humans with the unfair advantage of having angelic powers.
When an angel possesses a non adamic human the spirit of the human enters into its associated angel. Now since the non adamic human is not under a death penalty, he cannot enter into Hades - that would be murder by the Holy Spirit. But the associated angel cannot be entered into either until Jesus has given his ARC ransom. If the spirit of the human is going to return back into his human body on earth (as was the case with John the baptist), then the human cannot be resurrected to Eden2, where he would see technology that would advance mankind externally - which is not permitted. So he is stuck in the ark. He just goes and puts his feet up in the ark for the length of the possession. If the human is not going to return then he can go to Eden2, if the possession is before 33Sivan5 and into his angel after 33Sivan5. The Holy Spirit only sends angels to possess non adamic born again humans.
When a demon possesses an adamic human, the human must be born again satanically. He must be in the DAC. He must be a Hell's angel. He must have an angelic body which has already been sentenced to Gehenna. The spirit of the human died the first death and goes into Hades, into a sleeping angelic server - see I13. Then the spirit of the demon enters the human. There is no scriptural incidence of a multiple possession wherein one of the possessing spirits was the original human. Neither is there any incidence of multiple angelic possession. We can reason that God never permits the spirit of a human and the spirit of an angel or demon to occupy the same human vessel. Such a thing would be an abomination to headship and a defilement not only of the flesh but also of the spirit. So the classic battle of wills between a man and a possessing demon that Hollywood often portrays in films such as Arnie's "End of Days" simply does not happen. However several demons do possess humans concurrently because they share a soul in Gehenna from whence the possession comes. We have biblical examples of 1, 7 and 6,000 demons possessing one human soul - see I14..
30 Jesus asked him: What is your name? He said: Legion, because many demons had entered into him (Luke 8).
9 After he rose early on the first day of the week he appeared first to Mary Magdalene, from whom he had expelled 7 demons (Mark 16).
So when Satan possessed Judas, Judas died physically. Satan actually possessed poor old Judas singly - but twice...
3 But Satan entered into Judas, the one called Iscariot, who was numbered among the 12,
4 and he went off and talked with the chief priests and [temple]
captains about the effective way to betray him to them.
5 Well, they rejoiced and agreed to give him silver money.
6 So he consented, and he began to seek a good opportunity to betray him to them without a crowd around (Luke 22).
21 After saying these things, Jesus became troubled in spirit, and he bore witness and said: Most truly I say to you, One of you will betray me.
22 The disciples began to look at one another, being at a loss as to which one he was saying [it] about.
23 There was reclining in front of Jesus' bosom one of his disciples, and Jesus loved him.
24 Therefore Simon Peter nodded to this one and said to him: Tell who it is about whom he is saying [it].
25 So the latter leaned back upon the breast of Jesus and said to him: Lord, who is it?
26 Therefore Jesus answered: It is that one to whom I shall give the morsel that I dip. And so, having dipped the morsel, he took and gave it to Judas, the son of Simon Iscariot.
27 And after the morsel then Satan entered into the latter. Jesus, therefore, said to him: What you are doing get done more quickly.
28 However, none of those reclining at the table knew for what purpose he said this to him.
29 Some, in fact, were imagining, since Judas was holding the money box, that Jesus was telling him: Buy what things we need for the festival, or that he should give something to the poor.
30
Therefore, after he received the morsel, he went out immediately. And it was night (John 13).
1 When it had become morning, all the chief priests and the older men of the people held a consultation against Jesus so as to put him to death.
2 And, after binding him, they led him off and handed him over to Pilate the governor.
3 Then Judas, who betrayed him, seeing he [Jesus]
had been condemned, repented/felt remorse/regret and turned the 30 silver pieces back to the chief priests and older men,
4 saying: I sinned when I betrayed righteous blood. They said:
What is that to us? You must see to that!
5 So he threw the silver pieces into the temple and withdrew, and went off and hanged himself (Matthew 27).
18 This very man, therefore, purchased a field with the wages for unrighteousness [The chief priest perhaps transferred the ownership of this field to Judas as a way to give him his money back after he withdrew in Matthew 27:5], and pitching head foremost he noisily burst in his midst and all his intestines were poured out.
19 It also became known to all the inhabitants of Jerusalem, so that that field was called in their language Akeldama, that is, Field of Blood.
20 For it is written in the book of Psalms: Let his lodging place become desolate, and let there be no dweller in it, and, His office of oversight let someone else take (Acts 1).
It is quite a saga. These are the actions of a troubled and desperate angel, Satan. He possessed Judas and then collected money from the chief priests and temple captains to betray him. He then left Judas so that Judas could partake of the first part of the Lord's evening meal - Satan would have defiled that festival were he possessing Judas during the drinking of any cup. Then Jesus during the Lord's evening meal said: One of you will betray me.
22 The disciples began to look at one another, being at a loss as to which one he was saying [it] about (John 13).
Judas had no idea that it was to be him, since he had been in the first death, dead, unconscious inside a sleeping angel at the time Satan made the deal to betray Jesus to the chief priests and whilst he looked for an opportunity to carry out the betrayal. Then Satan left Judas just before the Passover and repossessed Judas and left the Passover just before Jesus made the new covenant (since he wasn't going to make that covenant with Satan and end up married to him!) When Jesus said: What you are doing get done more quickly, this was a conversation between the angel Michael possessing Jesus and Satan possessing Judas!
Satan then went off and betrayed Jesus pointing him out in the garden of Gethsemane by kissing him...
48 But Jesus said to him: Judas, do you betray the Son of man with a kiss? (Luke 22).
This was another conversation between Satan and Michael. Judas himself had no part in the betrayal of Jesus, before Satan possessed him. All parts of the betrayal were carried out by Satan inside the body of Judas. So Satan actually kissed Michael. This must have fulfilled the words of David...
12 Kiss the son, that He may not become incensed And you may not perish [from] the way. For his anger flares up easily. Happy are all those taking refuge in him (Psalm 2).
Satan was unwittingly accepting Jesus as his master by kissing him. Then when Satan saw that Jesus had been condemned to death, still being inside Judas, he said to the chief priests: I sinned when I betrayed righteous blood. This was Satan speaking, not Judas, since Satan himself carried out all parts of the betrayal. He must have been thinking, if you want a job done properly, do it yourself. Satan possessed a human when he seduced Eve in the garden and he possessed another when he was walking about in the earth in Job 1.
Then Satan went off and killed himself, destroying Judas' body. That left poor old Judas dead inside a sleeping angel. The point is the that Satan himself committed suicide inside Judas. We saw in section Intro19 that Satan sold his firstborn angelic birthright to Michael. Michael became the firstborn angel when he was resurrected. Since both of them were dead together God would have then resurrected Michael before Satan so that Michael was re-born before Satan, thereby becoming the firstborn of the two chronologically as well as from the firstborn rights standpoint. Both of these scenarios are articulated by the ambiguous scripture in Revelation and Colossians calling Jesus: The firstborn from the dead.
18 and he is the head of the body, the congregation. He is the beginning,
the firstborn from the dead [the first angel to be resurrected from the first death and the owner of the firstborn angel rights which he received pursuant to his agreement with Satan after his sacrifice], that he might become the one who is first in all things; (Colossians 1 NWT)
5 and from Jesus Christ, the Faithful Witness, The firstborn from the dead, and The Ruler of the kings of the earth. To him that loves us and that loosed us from our sins by means of his own blood -- (Revelation 1 NWT).
We understand from the parable of the wheat and the weeds - see U70 - that some are born again into the Demonic Angelic Covenant, they are baptized into demon possession and Gehenna. These are the antichrists, they are Satan's spiritual seed. But What about Judas. He was a son of the 1NC in the true church with a 1EC water baptism from John the baptist? Satan possessed Judas whilst he was in the 1EC in TCC1. How could he do that. Only if Judas had failed his 1NC test and so his associated angel was condemned to Gehenna. At that point he had a Hell's angel, so Satan could possess him. There are 3 results from the JAC test. Sealing into the ARC, still under test, or fail the test. Filing the test by itself does not make you a subject for demonic possession. You have to lose faith and drop out of 1AC testing too in order to qualify. But you do not need to be thrown out of the true church!
So beware today brothers. The weeds were oversown among the wheat!
So in order to be possessed you must not be in the 1AC and you must have a 2nd dead associated angel (either from the DAC or from failing in the JAC). that is why Satan tries so hard to stumble or corrupt or choke the saints.
Jesus could have asked God to take him off the stake and God could have done that. But to retain such power during torture is to torture yourself. So we are pretty sure that Jesus requested and God agreed not to use that power once the torture started. For anyone would jump out of the torture chamber if they could. Satan knew this and knew that his only chance was to make the impending torture look so scary to Jesus that he might fail to go through with it. Jesus did have a moment of doubt in the garden for we read...
36 And he went on to say: Abba, Father, all things are possible to you; remove this cup from me. Yet not what I want, but what you want. (Mark 14 NWT)
That was Satan's last chance to corrupt the Messiah. Once Jesus was officially condemned there was no human way out for him and Satan would have known that Jesus had agreed with God not to be a torturer of himself by retaining any capability to perform or request a supernatural rescue during his torment. This is why Satan repented or felt regret not when Jesus died but rather when Jesus was condemned. But which one was it. Did he genuinely repent or did he simply regret having handed victory to Jesus? The Greek word used here is...

So really Satan was upset that his plan to scare Jesus out of his sacrifice had failed and so wanted to try and persuade the Pharisees to reverse their condemnation in order that God's plan for the sacrifice might fail through that route instead. So this was not a genuine repentance. But the Pharisees, being true sons of Satan, could not care less about his plight. They just wanted Jesus out of the way since he was perceived to be a threat to their status. So Satan was stuffed by his own sons - unsurprisingly. He then lost it with mankind and made the fastest possible exit from his borrowed human body at the expense of poor old Judas.
Incidentally. It was possible for the cup of the LRC to be removed. God had plenty of non adamic validation sacrifices available. Had Jesus not gone through with his human death and instead just offered his angel for the ARC, then he would not have become a God but all of mankind could still eventually be saved. Mind you Jesus prophesied saying that they will kill him and he will rise on the 3rd day. So he had to go through with it. And if he was going to love his everlasting angelic soul then he might as well lose his human soul as well - despite the unbearable circumstances of that loss.
The long conclusion to Mark, has a list of the gifts of the spirit that true Christians could perform...
17 Furthermore, these signs will accompany those believing: By the use of my name they will expel demons, they will speak with tongues,
18 and with their hands they will pick up serpents, and if they drink anything deadly it will not hurt them at all. They will lay
their hands upon sick persons, and these will become well (Mark 16).
Paul and Peter also performed resurrections, but one cannot do that until one's associated angel has become a permanent part of the holy spirit. That does not happen until one has finished one's spirit baptism and been declared righteous in spirit - see I33. These gifts are a foretaste of the powers that mankind will have in the Kingdom of God...
4 For it is impossible as regards those who have once for all been enlightened, and who have tasted the heavenly free gift, and who have become partakers of holy spirit,
5 and who have tasted the fine word of God and powers of the coming system of things,
6 but who have fallen away, to revive them again to repentance, because they impale the Son of God afresh for themselves and expose him to public shame (Hebrew 6).
At this point we should explain precisely what speaking in tongues is, since so many false churches today represent that they are can do it, whereas in fact no church can do it today.
1
Now while the day of the [festival of] Pentecost was in progress they were all together at the same place,
2 and suddenly there occurred from heaven a noise just like that of a rushing stiff breeze, and it filled the whole house in which they were sitting.
3 And tongues as if of fire became visible to them and were distributed about, and one sat upon each one of them,
4 and they all became filled with holy spirit and started to speak with different tongues, just as the spirit was granting them to make utterance.
5 As it was, there were dwelling in Jerusalem Jews, reverent men, from every nation of those under heaven.
6 So, when this sound occurred, the multitude came together and were bewildered, because each one heard them speaking in his own language.
7 Indeed, they were astonished and began to wonder and say: See here, all these who are speaking are Galileans, are they not?
8 And yet how is it we are hearing, each one of us, his own language in which we were born?
9 Parthians and Medes and Elamites, and the inhabitants of Mesopotamia, and Judea and Cappadocia, Pontus and the [district of] Asia,
10 and Phrygia and Pamphylia, Egypt and the parts of Libya, which is toward Cyrene, and sojourners from Rome, both Jews and proselytes,
11 Cretans and Arabians, we hear them speaking in our tongues about the magnificent things of God (Acts 2).
So speaking in a tongue is not speaking in an incomprehensible language, it is speaking in one of the many languages of the day. So today if an English speaking person spoke in Swahili or Urdu or Tri or German for that matter, without having learned that language, he would be speaking in a tongue. However it is a mistake (that we made for 12 years) to believe that those who spoke in tongues were uttering inspired speech. According to Paul only the Jews were entrusted with the sacred pronouncements, the inspired utterances of Jehovah...
1 What, then, is the superiority of the Jew, or what is the benefit of the circumcision?
2 A great deal in every way. First of all, because they were entrusted with the sacred pronouncements of God (Romans 3).
So if you are not a genetic son of Jacob you cannot make an inspired utterance. But the Gentiles did speak in tongues...
45 And the faithful ones that had come with Peter who were of those circumcised were amazed, because the free gift of the holy spirit was being poured out also upon people of the nations.
46 For they heard them speaking with tongues and magnifying God (Acts 10).
So speaking in tongues is having a divinely inspired real time translation of your own words into a language that you cannot speak! In fact that is how the bible must have been inspired. God made a real time translation into bible code of your written words. But there is more. Speaking in a tongue is a gift of the spirit. So how did one get such a gift?
12 Moreover, through the hands of the apostles many signs and portents continued to occur among the people and they were all with one accord in Solomon's colonnade (Acts 5).
All gifts of the spirits which lead to the performance of 'signs and portents' were through the hands of the apostles. This is confirmed by Acts 8...
16 For it had not yet fallen upon any one of them, but they had only been baptized into the name of the Lord Jesus.
17 Then they went laying their hands upon them, and they began to receive holy spirit.
18 Now when Simon saw that through the laying on of the hands of the apostles the spirit was given, he offered them money,
19 saying: Give me also this authority, that anyone upon whom I lay my hands may receive holy spirit.
20 But Peter said to him: May your silver perish with you,
because you thought through money to get possession of the free gift of God (Acts 8).
When the holy spirit 'fell on you', you received the gifts of the spirit. These gifts could not be given other than through the hands of the apostles. There are three exceptions to this rule, namely Pentecost itself in Acts 2, which was the conversion of the Proselytes into the New Covenant, the second call into the 1NC, and the Samaritan call into the 1NC, and the conversion of Cornelius, the calling of the Gentiles into the New Covenant in Acts 10, the 4th call into the 1NC. But Peter was present in each of these 3 cases.
18 Also, I say to you, You are Peter, and on this rock-mass I will build my congregation, and the gates of Hades will not
overpower it.
19 I will give you the keys/closing means of the kingdom of the heavens, and whatever you may bind on earth will be the thing bound in the heavens, and whatever you may loose on earth will be the thing loosed in the heavens (Matthew 16).
These calls into the 1NC are to different nationalities of people to enter into the first true Christian church - see I32. At the calling of the 2nd, 3rd and 4th groups, the gifts of the spirit were poured out without the hands of the apostles being used. However Peter was of course present at all 3 occasions. In fact God was showing Peter the new people to whom these gifts could be given. So, to be precise, the gifts of the spirit could only be given through the hands of the apostles or in the presence of Peter at the calling of a new national group into the 1NC. Acts 8 is the story of the third call to the Samaritans being given through Philip in Samaria, who baptised the Samaritans in holy spirit before Peter and John arrived. But no gifts of the spirit fell upon any Samaritan until Peter got there.
14 When the apostles in Jerusalem heard that Samaria had accepted the word of God, they dispatched Peter and John to them;
15 and these went down and prayed for them to get holy spirit.
16 For it had not yet fallen upon any one of them, but they had only been baptized in the name of the Lord Jesus.
17 Then they went laying their hands upon them, and they began to receive holy spirit (Acts 8).
Furthermore, one cannot receive the gifts of the spirit unless one has been baptised in holy spirit, which is being born again - see I12. So here are the criteria that a Christian has to meet in order that he can speak in a tongue or have any physical gifts of the spirit:
1. Be born again.
2. Have had the hands of one of Jesus' apostles laid upon him or her, or have been present at one of the 3 key turnings.
Obviously there is no man alive today satisfying these 2 criteria. So everyone who represents that he is speaking a tongue today is a FRAUD.
Likewise, no physical gifts of the spirit are available today, since no man alive today in the 21st century had the hands of the apostles laid upon him in the first century or the early part of the second century AD. But that is all about to change because the descended 3rd Holy Spirit will visit Laodicea on the first of the Sabbaths of Laodicean Weeks, on 2019Ab27. And the 3rd part of the 2nd presence will begin on 2019Elul10. Then the gifts of the spirit can be given once more!!!
There is an amusing incident in the New Testament, when some physical Jews, who were not born again, tried to expel a demon...
13 But certain ones of the roving Jews who practiced the casting out of demons also undertook to name the name of the Lord Jesus over those having the wicked spirits, saying:
I solemnly charge you by Jesus whom Paul preaches.
14 Now there were seven sons of a certain Sceva, a Jewish chief priest, doing this.
15 But in answer the wicked spirit said to them:
I know Jesus and I am acquainted with Paul; but who are you?
16 With that the man in whom the wicked spirit was leaped upon them, got the mastery of one after the other, and prevailed against them, so that they fled naked and wounded out of that house (Acts 9).
The point is that these faithful, but misguided, sons of Sceva were human, with no existence in the spirit realm. They had no associated angel with their name on it, since they had not been born again. So the demon was saying to them: Yes Jesus is my brother, I know about his angelic body and Paul is my brother, I know about his angelic body. But where are yours boys? I do not see one! You do not have an angelic existence, so how are you going to put me back in my angelic body?
So when did demonic possession and the physical gifts of the spirit end?
The answer to this is in the second century AD. For once all of the apostles had died, it was no longer possible to receive the gifts of the spirit, so it was no longer possible to receive the capability to expel demons in particular. The last apostle died in the early second century (in fact before 159Tishri10, the end of the first presence of the Christ, which lasted 120 years, the warning of Noah, the lifespan of Moses and the number of names in the upper chamber in Acts 1) but with a gap of 10 years from 79Tishri14-89Tishri14. So the last person, touched by one of them, and therefore able to expel demons, must have died towards the end of the second century. God would not permit demons to enter humans unless humans could also chuck them out. Indeed the purpose of having the capability to chuck out demons was to deal with demonic possession. So demonic possession ended with the end of the physical gifts of the spirit of Mark 16 in the second century. In order to be able to give the gifts of the spirit, one must be sealed in holy spirit, which is completing a spirit baptism, which is what happened to the apostles and possibly to the rest of the 120 names in the upper room at Pentecost. However prior to Pentecost 33Sivan5, it was not possible to be sealed in holy spirit, because Jesus had not yet ransomed Adam so as to validate the Angelic Ransom Covenant (ARC), the blessing of which is everlasting life. During the Alienation Times from 2488Sivan BC to 33Sivan adamic mankind were under a priesthood malediction having no one available to pass on the gifts of the spirit, so no son of Adam could expel demons or resurrect anyone. It is true that Jesus expelled them during his ministry, but this was because he was non adamic. The disciples had demons made subject to them during his ministry but could not actually expel them until they became sealed at Pentecost. So certainly from 2488 BC until 33Sivan5 AD Demon possession could only occur in the presence of angelic possession, since only the angelically possessed would be able to expel the demons. But there is no literal account of demonic possession in the old testament. So it appears that demonic possession is only permitted a few months before descended angels are also here on earth and in a position to expel them (as Jesus was during his ministry) and just over 3½ years before true church members can perform demonic expulsions. In other words there was no demonic possession between 2488 BC and the arrival of John the Baptist. And if the demons are here then so are the descended angels. You cannot have the one without the other.
So let us be absolutely clear about this - from the death of the last person to receive the hands of an apostle to 2016Heshvan20 (2016October25/26) it was true to say in our understanding that...
No one was possessed by demons.
No one could speak in tongues.
No one had any of the first or second century Christian physical gifts of the spirit today.
All of the churches who pretended to have the physical gifts of the spirit during that period were mistaken at best and were frauds at worst.

The apostles were first given the gifts of the spirit by Jesus during his ministry...
1 So he summoned his 12 disciples and gave them authority over unclean spirits, in order to expel these and to cure every sort of disease and every sort of infirmity (Matthew 10).
But these were gifts to be used in the future after his ministry, for there is no record of them curing anyone or expelling any demons until after Pentecost 33CE. There is only a record of the demons being made subject to the 70 sent forth...
17 Then the 70 returned with joy, saying: Lord, even the demons are made subject to us by the use of your name (Luke 10).
